The 4th key that Olympic Gold Medalist, Gail Devers mentioned as one of the keys to the success she enjoyed in her sport was “hard work”.
I know that in many circles today hard work is not a very popular key to success. Indeed it may not be a very exciting key, but nevertheless it is a VERY essential one.
Gail Devers was the winner of 2 gold medals in the 2004 event despite excruciating pain from a thyroid problem.
In one of her interviews with the press, Gail attributes her success to 6 keys.
