Hi there, this is Jill Rapley. When I first entered this internet arena back in the 90s, I was known as “Kiwi Champ” or “The Kiwi Champ”. I was creating websites to help subsidize my income on the mission field back then. (Google was my “University”).
Well I am a Kiwi (that’s what New Zealand natives are typically called). As I was growing up my Dad would often say to me “you’re the champ” when I found things for him or came up with an answer to some problem. So that stuck – and why not!
We are all created to conquer – and that includes you!

I spent more than 25 years in Mexico teaching, preparing and delivering seminars as well as writing and publishing materials for children and parents. I was often invited to speak in different churches and gatherings where I love to teach, challenge, inspire and motivate.
I also love to sketch cartoons. One of my dreams as a young teen was to become a cartoonist in the Disney studios, but then God called me to the mission field. So that was the end of the cartooning, at least so I thought.
But as you will be able to see from the series “A Dream Comes True” (to be republished very soon – stay tuned) – my cartooning went with me to the mission field.
The seminars in Mexico were mostly aimed at children’s workers and parents and I taught a variety of topics from ranging from teaching skills (for children’s workers) to family relationships, as well as leadership skills.
Of all the subjects I taught, the ones I enjoyed the most were the motivational, leadership and Bible Study (chapter by chapter and verse by verse style as well as Bible Characters). I taught in Bible Schools in Cuernavaca, Michoacan and the State of Mexico, as well as being a guest speaker in many areas including Merida Yucatan, Veracruz, Acapulco, Oaxaca, Mexico City and Cuernavaca.
Lives are changed when challenges are accepted and consequently new decisions are made.
The greatest thrill of all is to be involved in making a difference in people’s lives.
I am presently taking up more challenges (with the same end in mind) as I have entered the business world in order to support myself to continue with the mission work.
My main purpose (my why) is to not only support myself, but to teach and help other young ministers and missionaries (especially in Latin America – the area I feel called to) to build a solid foundation in every area of their lives (including financial ).
This Blog is dedicated to the Financial Area of your life.
What can I do to make a difference in your life today? Blessings.
